Army of Heroes is a strategy game where players have to lead an army of mercenaries against the troops of an evil dictator. Your goal is to build and manage an operations base in order to resist enemy attack, while creating an army capable of ending the enemy’s resistance.
The gameplay in Army of Heroes is quite similar to that of Clash of Clans and other similar titles. On one hand, you have to build and upgrade tons of buildings on your base, setting up barricades and traps to prevent the enemy’s attacks. On the other, you have to create a group of heroes strong enough to destroy the enemy’s bases.
The game's story will remind you of the legendary Jagged Alliance, where a small group of mercenaries fights to overthrow the dictator of a small tropical island. To make that happen, you have to reconquer all the cities on the island one by one. It’s a difficult mission, but these heroes are up to the task.
Army of Heroes is a pretty good strategy game with tons of content: lots of heroes, lots of buildings, and most of all, lots of levels. Additionally, its graphics are on par with the best titles in the genre.
